Plantar Fasciitis solution

In a nutshell

Walk on the centre line.

To load the area of the metatarsal behind the little toe rather than the plantar muscle in the arch of the foot when walking.

  1. Imagine a straight line on the ground in the direction you want to walk.
  2. When walking try to land your heels on that centre line.
  3. You should notice some difference immediately, but it appears to take about 2 months to make a significant difference.

Success rate

I’ve not really told too many people so far. It worked for myself and a friend. Let me know if it did or didn’t work for you.
