In a nutshell
Walk on the centre line.
To load the area of the metatarsal behind the little toe rather than the plantar muscle in the arch of the foot when walking.
- Imagine a straight line on the ground in the direction you want to walk.
- When walking try to land your heels on that centre line.
- You should notice some difference immediately, but it appears to take about 2 months to make a significant difference.
I’ve not really told too many people so far. It worked for myself and a friend. Let me know if it did or didn’t work for you.
